The only thing that makes this release at all interesting is the rehearsal of the Black Crows song Jealous Again. Otherwise, the tracks are available on other releases in much better sound quality. The so called 7 outake is an obvious fake. Martika's Kitchen is listed on the packaging but doesn't appear on the disc. Only 250 copies were supposed the be made. That's more than enough.
